If you have experienced a workplace injury or have been involved in a motor vehicle accident, recovering physically is only part of the journey. Psychological injuries such as stress, anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress (PTSD), and driving phobias are common following traumatic events.
At Scopic Care, our SIRA-approved psychologists provide compassionate, evidence-based WorkCover and Compulsory Third Party (CTP) psychology in Rouse Hill, The Hills District, and across New South Wales via telehealth. We work directly with insurers, case managers, and rehabilitation providers to ensure your care is seamless and focused on your recovery.
How to Access Funded Psychology Sessions
1. Request a Referral
Visit your General Practitioner (GP) or treating doctor and request a referral letter recommending psychological treatment under your WorkCover or CTP claim.
2. Submit Claim Details
Provide our administrative team with your Claim Number, Case Manager’s contact details, Insurer name, and Date of Injury during your intake call or online booking.
3. Pre-Approval
Our team contacts your insurer directly to obtain written pre-approval for your initial psychological sessions—meaning zero out-of-pocket costs for approved claims.
4. Complete Intake & Service Agreement
We will send you some pre-appointment paperwork to complete before your first session.
5. Begin Treatment
Attend your initial consultation at our Rouse Hill clinic or via telehealth, where your psychologist will take the time to discuss your situation and challenges in detail. Together, you will develop a personalised treatment plan focused on your recovery goals. If further care is needed, your psychologist will prepare the required progress reports to help you access additional approved sessions from your insurer.
